Absolute Write Blocking™
When used with NoWrite, FlashBlock's technology prevents the
computer from writing to Compact Flash or Digital Media. It
is a TRUE hardware write blocker.
Simple IDE Interface
NoWrite FlashBlock is a native IDE device. Simply connect it
to the IDE cable from a NoWrite, connect the power cable,
and insert Compact Flash or Digital Media in the appropriate
slot. No complicated SCSI chains or adapters to fool with or
complicated drivers to load. Just plug it in and it works!
Wide Operating System Compatibility
NoWrite FlashBlock II is compatible with any system that
supports NoWrite, which is just about any modern operating
system.
Acquire Memory images in Windows
NoWrite FlashBlock can be used with forensic software to
acquire memory images in DOS, WINDOWS, LINUX or any
operating system. This is done with the security of absolute
write blocking protection. It has been tested with SafeBack,
Encase, Ilook, Ghost, ByteBack and SnapBack.
